Multimedia is where everything you capture and create in LIGR Live comes together. It holds the automatic highlights from your matches, full match recordings, moments you tag afterwards, compilations, and your own uploaded images, videos and audio. It's built for media teams, club content creators and league staff who want to turn every streamed match into shareable content quickly, without leaving the platform.

Highlights, match recordings and moments come from matches streamed through LIGR Live. Your organisation needs the Streaming module, and the Highlights module, which depends on Streaming.
Highlights are generated automatically from match events such as goals, cards, corners and substitutions. Make sure events are recorded during the match, for example in the LiveScore app, so there is something to clip.
You'll find everything in this series under the Multimedia tab in the main navigation.
How the workflow fits together
Most people work through Multimedia in roughly this order. First, find and polish the highlights created during the match. Next, use the Moments Editor to capture anything the live broadcast missed. Then go back to the full match recordings when you need the whole game, and combine your best clips into compilations. Finally, upload your own images, videos and audio to build sequences and branded content around your match footage. Each step below has its own short article.
Highlights

Highlights are video clips created automatically from match events. From the Highlights area you can search and filter clips, adjust clip boundaries, add pre-roll and post-roll content, create different video formats, share to social media and download. The Part 1 video above walks through all of this from start to finish.
1. Browse and filter highlights
After a match like Harbour City (HCF) v Ridgeview (RVR) in the LIGR Demo League, you can end up with a lot of clips. Use the filters to narrow the list down to the match, team or event type you're after.
2. Open and watch a highlight
Open any highlight to play it back and check it captured the moment properly before you share it.
3. Download and share highlights
Once a clip looks right, download it or share it straight to social media so fans see it while the match is still fresh.
4. Combine highlights into one video
Select several highlights and join them into a single video, for example every goal from one match.
5. Adjust lead and lag on a highlight
Lead and lag control how much footage is included before and after the event. Adjust them when a clip starts too late or cuts off too early.
6. Change the format of a highlight
Create different versions of a highlight to suit the platform you're posting to.
7. Highlight Settings
Highlight Settings let you set how highlights are produced across your matches, so you spend less time fixing individual clips.

The Moments Editor

Moments let you tag and capture points of interest from a match recording that weren't captured as highlights during the live broadcast, such as a great save or a crowd reaction. The Part 2 video above covers the whole Moments Editor.
8. Open the Moments Editor
Start by opening the Moments Editor for the match recording you want to work with.

9. Find your spot in the Moments Editor
Move through the recording to the exact point where the action happens.
10. Create a moment from a match recording
Mark the start and end of the action to turn it into a moment you can use like any other clip.
11. Manage moments
Review, tidy up and organise the moments you've created.

Match recordings

Match recordings are full-length recordings of your streamed matches. You can view them, download them and share recording links, which is useful for coaches, opposition analysis or fans who missed the game.

Compilations

Compilations combine multiple highlights into a single video. Build one manually by picking clips from past matches, or set up a compilation template that generates automatically on a recurring schedule, such as a weekly highlight reel or a best-of for one team.

Alongside match footage, Multimedia stores the images, videos and audio your organisation uploads, so sponsor logos, intros and music are ready whenever you need them.

Upload and manage images for use across your organisation. You can assign images to competitions, edit details, crop, duplicate and edit directly with the Canva integration.

Tips and common mistakes
No highlights after a match? Check that the match was streamed through LIGR Live and that events were recorded during play.
If a clip misses the build-up, fix it with lead and lag rather than recreating it.
Use moments for anything that didn't trigger a highlight, then include them in compilations alongside your automatic clips.
