A match recording is the full video of a match you streamed through LIGR Live. This article shows you where to find your recordings, how to pick the right one and what the details panel tells you once you open it.

Before you start
Recordings come from matches streamed through LIGR Live, so you need the Streaming module. Recordings are created after a stream, not for matches that were only scored.
Recording is controlled in your stream settings. If you streamed a match and can't find its recording, check that recording was turned on for that stream before the broadcast started. Turning on highlight generation also turns on recording.
A recording may take a little while to appear after the stream ends, because the video needs to finish processing.
Find your match recordings
Click Multimedia in the left sidebar.
Open Match Recordings.
You'll see a grid of cards, one for each recorded stream in your organisation.
What each card shows
Every card gives you enough information to identify a recording without opening it:
Teams: the two teams that played, for example Harbour City (HCF) v Ridgeview (RVR).
Competition: the competition the match belongs to, such as LIGR Demo League.
Length: how long the recording runs. This is the length of the stream, so it can include warm-ups, breaks and post-match coverage, not just playing time.
Date: when the stream took place.
Stream: the name of the stream the recording came from. This is useful when a match was streamed more than once, or when you run several streams on the same day.
Search and filter
Once you've streamed a few rounds, the list grows quickly. Use the search box to look for a team or match by name, or use the filters to narrow the list, for example to a single competition. Clear the search or filters to see every recording again.
Open and watch a recording
Click the card for the recording you want.
The recording opens in a larger view with the video player.
Click Play to start watching. You can pause and move through the timeline to jump to the part of the match you need.
The Details panel
Alongside the player, Details shows information about the recording:
Status: where the recording is up to. If it is still processing, wait a little and check back before trying to play or download it.
Stream: the stream the recording was captured from.
Date: when the match was streamed.
Competition: the competition the match is part of.
Your other recordings are listed on the right. Click any of them to switch straight to it, without going back to the grid. This is handy when you're reviewing a full round of matches one after another.
Open a recording from a completed match
You can also go to a recording from the match itself:
Click Matches in the left sidebar.
Open the Completed tab and find the match.
Click the three-dot Actions menu for that match and select Match Recordings.
LIGR Live takes you to Multimedia, showing only the recordings for that match.
What else you can do with a recording
Download or share: save the full video to your computer, or share a link with people who need to watch it.
Club Access: turn this on to let both teams in the match view the recording through their Club Portal accounts. Club users only see content for their own team.
Create Moments: open the Moments Editor to cut your own clips from the recording. Saved moments appear in Highlights and can be edited, shared and downloaded like any other highlight.
Tips and common mistakes
No recording for a match? Check that recording was turned on in the stream settings before you went live. It can't be added after the broadcast.
Two cards for one match? Look at the stream name. A stream that was stopped and started again, or a match sent through two streams, can produce more than one recording.
Large files: full match recordings can be several gigabytes, depending on length and quality. Download important matches to your own storage if you need to keep them long term.
