A compilation joins events from your match recordings into one video. For example, you can pull every goal from a round of the LIGR Demo League into a single highlights package. This article walks you through building one from the Compilations section of the Multimedia tab.

Before you start
A compilation can only use what was captured during the original matches. Check that you have:
Completed matches that were streamed and recorded through LIGR Live (Highlights needs the Streaming module).
Generate Highlights turned on in the stream settings for those matches.
Match events, such as goals and cards, logged during those matches (for example in the LiveScore app).
Create a compilation
1. Open the builder and name your video
Go to Multimedia and open Compilations.
Click Create Video in the top right corner.
Choose whether to start from an existing template or fill in the settings yourself. A template loads saved settings, which saves time if you make the same kind of compilation every week. You can still change any setting before generating.
Enter a name for the video, such as Round 5 Goals. Choose a clear name so you can find it later. If a sport dropdown appears, select the sport for your matches.
2. Choose the events to include
Click Add Event.
Select the event type you want, such as goals.
If tags are available, you can optionally pick a tag to narrow down which highlights are used.
Adjust the lead and lag. Lead is how much footage plays before the event, and lag is how much plays after it.
Click Add Event again to include more event types, for example goals and red cards.
3. Pick the match recordings
Select the competition, for example the LIGR Demo League.
Select the stream. The list then shows the matches completed under that stream.
Set a date range if you need to find older matches or want to limit the list to one round.
Tick the match recordings you want to use, such as Harbour City (HCF) v Ridgeview (RVR).
4. Add a pre-roll, post-roll and output mode
Optionally choose a pre-roll video to play at the start and a post-roll video to play at the end. These are handy for a branded intro and outro or a sponsor message.
Pick the output mode, which decides how the clips are combined:
All in One Video Ordered by Event: one video, with clips grouped by event type.
All in One Video Ordered by Match: one video, with clips in match order.
One Video Per Match: a separate compilation for each match you ticked.
5. Set club options and generate
Choose whether to include club moments in the compilation.
Choose whether club portals can reuse the video by turning on Available to Club Portals. Leave it off if the compilation is only for your organisation.
Check your settings, then click Generate Video in the bottom right corner.
After you generate
The compilation starts rendering and appears in the Videos tab of the Compilations section. Rendering time depends on how many clips are included and the total length.
Open the compilation to view it full screen. From there you can Download it, Share it to connected social media accounts, or Archive it. Scroll down to see each clip included. You can use Edit Clip Length to change the lead and lag on a clip, or Delete to remove one. Changes are provisional until you click Regenerate Video.
Tips and common mistakes
Only logged events are included. If you add penalties but none were logged in those matches, nothing is added for that event.
Use a shorter lead and lag than you would for single highlights, so the compilation doesn't run too long.
If a match is missing from the list, check the stream and widen the date range.
The number of clips varies from match to match, depending on what was logged.
