Nothing shows in Auto mode
Check the overlay's theme profile: Competition > Settings > Streams & Overlays > overlay settings.
Check the game plan is applied to that competition and theme profile (Automation > ⋮ > edit).
Check there's a default scorebug on In Game (Live).
Refresh the overlay.
The wrong graphics appear on an output
The overlay is probably on the wrong theme profile. For example, a scoreboard-only partner feed set to the full-graphics profile will show full-screen graphics. Change the overlay's theme profile and refresh it.
My changes aren't showing
Save the playlist, then refresh the overlay. A loaded overlay doesn't pick up changes until it's refreshed.
Two graphics show at once, or the wrong one wins
Check playlist priorities. Give colliding playlists different priority levels, e.g. goals 1, milestones 1, cards 2, sponsors 3–4. If two playlists with the same priority fire together, only the first one received shows.
Players entering or About to start never fire
Those triggers come from buttons in the LiveScore app. External data feeds may not send them. Use Time trigger playlists instead.
Graphics fired too early
Time triggers use the scheduled kick-off time. If kick-off is delayed, switch to Manual until the match starts.
The scorebug disappears during a shootout
Open the default scorebug and turn on Show during shootout under Trigger Playlists.
A graphic is empty or shows placeholder text
Check the graphic's variables, for example Event set to the incoming fact, or the right Team selected.
Add a guard so the playlist only runs when the data exists (e.g. players on the fact, lineups complete).
Check the match data has what the graphic needs, for example the scorer logged on the goal.
Ads aren't showing
The overlay's Ad Type is Brands and Enable Ads is on.
The ad is in the right playlist and the playlist is firing.
For club ad slots, the club has added their ad on the Ad slots page of their portal.
