Overview

When you delegate an ad slot to a club in your Automated Game Plan, the slot relies on the club uploading their ad set through the Club Portal and assigning it correctly. If the delegated slot appears empty during a broadcast, the club has not completed the upload and assignment process.

Why Delegated Slots Are Empty

A delegated ad slot displays the club's uploaded ad set automatically for their matches. For this to work, the club must:

* Upload their ad set to the Club Portal with all seven required image sizes

* Assign the ad set to the delegated slot within their Club Portal interface

If either step is incomplete, the slot will remain empty during the broadcast.

How to Resolve Empty Delegated Slots

Contact the club to confirm their ad set is uploaded and assigned. The club needs to:

1. Log in to the Club Portal

2. Navigate to their ad set management section

3. Verify their ad set has all seven image sizes uploaded (a green dot appears when complete)

4. Confirm the ad set is assigned to the delegated slot for their matches

Once the club completes these steps, their ad set will display automatically in the delegated slot during broadcasts.

Verifying the Delegation Configuration

Before contacting the club, verify the slot is correctly delegated in your Automated Game Plan:

1. Open the game plan in the Automation editor

2. Locate the ad slot in the relevant playlist

3. Confirm the slot is assigned to "Home Club" or "Away Club" rather than a specific ad set

If the slot is delegated correctly but still empty, the issue is with the club's upload or assignment in the Club Portal.
