Setting up half-time, extra-time and post-game playlists

Build half-time, extra-time break and post-game playlists with stats, scorelines, video and sponsor content.

Half time

In football, half time is the first break in normal time.

  1. Create a playlist: Period Group Regular, Break Number first break (or leave empty for every break), Trigger Type Default.

  2. Add Hide all.

  3. Add match stats for about 10 seconds. Set the number of rows and choose a stat for each (e.g. shots, shots on target, corners, offsides, fouls, yellow cards, red cards).

  4. Add the scoreline with show goals and show score on.

  5. Add the match ident and let it loop for the rest of the break.

  6. Optional: add multimedia, for example a half-time video, then bring the scoreline back afterwards as a reminder.

Tip: Set a video's start time after anything that comes before it. A long video (e.g. 11 minutes) pushes everything after it along the timeline.

Extra-time breaks

Use Period Group Extra time with the break number you need, or leave the break number empty to cover every extra-time break.

Post-game

  1. Create a playlist: Period Group Postgame, Trigger Type Default.

  2. Add Hide all.

  3. Add match stats with your chosen rows.

  4. Add the scoreline with the final score.

  5. Finish with the match ident looping. You can override its subtitle, for example to "FULL TIME".

Sponsor content in breaks

Breaks are prime sponsor time. Add advertisements or ad slots to any break playlist, or build separate time-triggered playlists for sponsor rotations. See *Adding detached ads and club ad slots*.
