As soon as a user initiates a stream through the Preview & Go Live section within the LIGR app, they will begin incurring charges for the use of the streaming and highlight services. These charges will continue until the user stops the stream and ceases their use of the features
Accessing the Preview & Go Live section within LIGR is done by following the below steps:
Click Matches in the left hand side dashboard.
Find the relevant match, and click on the 3 ellipses located next to it..
Choose the option labelled Preview & Go Live from the menu.
A separate tab will appear that looks like the image below.
When the user clicks Start Stream the below notification will appear. Click Yes, start stream.
A notification will appear in the preview window that the stream is starting with a progress bar across the bottom of the window.
Once the preview has loaded and it is LIVE the user will start to incur a charge for using the streaming and highlights features of LIGR.
To stop incurring charges the user MUST stop the stream either by doing it manually or using automation. To stop the stream manually at the end of your match hit the stop button in the top right of the screen.
Select Yes, stop stream. Once this has been selected you will no longer be incurring a charge for using the streaming and highlights features within LIGR.
