PRISM is a streaming app for iPhone that allows users to create and share live video content with their followers. You can download the PRISM Live Studio App here.

Before proceeding with this article, please make sure that you have read the following article on getting started with streaming. This article assumes that you are already familiar with the streaming process in your LIGR account.

To get started, open the PRISM app and log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, simply click on Sign up with email to create a new one.

  • Click Set destination on the screen

  • To set up a stream into LIGR, choose the Custom RTMP option. This will allow you to configure the necessary settings to stream your content to the LIGR platform

  • Enter a Stream name

  • Enter the Stream URL from the relevant input you have created within LIGR

  • Enter the Stream key

  • Then click Save

  • Before you begin streaming, it's important to double-check the settings for the stream that will be leaving your iPhone. You can do this by clicking on the stream name on your iPhone screen. Keep in mind that it's up to you to experiment and determine what settings work best for your specific production.

  • You will see a screen like below that allows the user to select their desired settings

  • Once happy click OK

Before hitting Go Live in the PRISM app the user MUST have the stream started within the Steam Monitoring page within LIGR. When that is up and running, hit Go Live and your footage will appear with LIGR.

NOTE: It's important to note that once you have started your stream, you won't be able to change the orientation of your camera. Therefore, it's crucial to make sure that your camera is positioned exactly how you want it before starting the stream in the PRISM app.

Congratulations! By following these steps, you are now successfully streaming your content into LIGR using the PRISM application. This means you can overlay broadcast quality graphics onto your stream and broadcast it to your desired destinations. You can also use LIGR to generate highlights of your match, making it easy to share your content on social media and other platforms.
