Overview

The green dot next to an ad set name confirms that all seven required image sizes have been uploaded and the ad set is ready to use in broadcasts. If the green dot is not appearing, one or more image sizes are missing.

Required Image Sizes

Each ad set requires all seven of these image sizes to be uploaded:

* Square: 300×300px

* Small: 510×150px

* Banner: 1920×140px

* Landscape: 1000×200px

* Portrait: 500×250px

* Leaderboard: 1000×100px

* Custom: Varies (configured per graphic)

How to Check for Missing Images

1. Click Ads in the left sidebar

2. Click Ad Sets

3. Select the ad set that doesn't have a green dot

4. Review each of the seven size boxes on the screen

5. Identify which size boxes are empty (no image uploaded)

How to Upload Missing Images

For each missing image size:

1. Click Upload Image on the empty size box

2. Select your image file

3. If the image is the wrong size, the crop tool will activate automatically so you can adjust it

4. Repeat for all missing sizes

5. Once all seven sizes are uploaded, the green dot will appear next to the ad set name

Alternative Upload Method

You can also drag and drop multiple files at once. LIGR will automatically position each image based on its dimensions into the correct size slot.

Using Canva Integration

The Canva integration loads the correct dimensions for each size automatically, eliminating resizing errors. This can help ensure all seven images are created at the proper dimensions before uploading.
