Overview
An ad set is a collection of seven differently sized images for a single sponsor. All seven sizes must be uploaded before an ad set can be used in a broadcast. When an ad displays during a match, LIGR automatically selects the correct size to fit the graphic it appears in.
Required Image Sizes
Each ad set requires seven images in the following sizes:
* Square: 300×300px
* Small: 510×150px
* Banner: 1920×140px
* Landscape: 1000×200px
* Portrait: 500×250px
* Leaderboard: 1000×100px
* Custom: Varies (configured per graphic)
How to Create an Ad Set
1. Click Ads in the left sidebar
2. Click Create Ad Set
3. Fill in the required fields:
* Name — use a clear, consistent naming convention (e.g. "RocketApp_2025_Halftime")
* Brand — select an existing brand or create a new one
* Assign to club — if this is a club-specific sponsor, select the club here. Leave blank for competition-wide sponsors
* Ad Category — select the category that best matches the sponsor. Additional fields may appear based on your selection
4. Click Create Ad Set
5. Upload all seven image sizes using one of these methods:
* Click Upload Image on each size box individually
* Drag and drop multiple files at once — LIGR will auto-position each based on dimensions
* Use the Canva integration — it loads the correct dimensions for each size automatically
6. If an image is the wrong size, the crop tool will activate automatically so you can adjust it
7. Once all seven are uploaded, a green dot appears next to the ad set name confirming it is ready to use
Upload Methods
Individual Upload
Click the Upload Image button on each size box and select your image file. Repeat for all seven sizes.
Drag and Drop
Drag multiple files onto the ad set page at once. LIGR automatically positions each image in the correct size slot based on its dimensions. Always check the green dot appears to confirm all seven sizes have been uploaded.
Canva Integration
The Canva integration loads the correct dimensions for each size automatically, eliminating resizing errors.
Verification
Always check the green dot appears next to the ad set name before using it in a broadcast. This confirms all seven sizes have been uploaded and the ad set is ready to use.
