Overview

Each ad set in LIGR Live requires seven different image sizes. When an ad displays during a match, LIGR automatically selects the correct size to fit the graphic it appears in. All seven sizes must be uploaded before an ad set can be used in a broadcast.

A green dot appears next to the ad set name once all seven images are uploaded, confirming the ad set is ready to use.

How LIGR Selects the Right Size

During a broadcast, LIGR automatically selects which image size to display based on the graphic layout and available ad space. The graphic design determines which ad slot sizes are available, and LIGR matches the appropriate image from your ad set to fit that space.

This automatic selection ensures ads always display correctly regardless of which graphic is showing on screen.

Uploading Images

When uploading images to an ad set, you can:

* Click the upload button on each size box individually

* Drag and drop multiple files at once — LIGR will auto-position each based on dimensions

* Use the Canva integration — it loads the correct dimensions for each size automatically

If an image is the wrong size, the crop tool activates automatically so you can adjust it.

When the Ad Set Is Ready

Once all seven sizes are uploaded, a green dot appears next to the ad set name. This confirms the ad set is complete and ready to use in broadcasts.

Always check for the green dot before assigning an ad set to competitions, clubs, or matches. Ad sets without all seven sizes uploaded cannot display during broadcasts.
