Your Dashboard

Find your way around the LIGR Live Dashboard: latest media, activity, upcoming matches, stream activity and the competition filter.

Your Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in to LIGR Live. It gives you a quick snapshot of what's happening across your organisation, from your newest highlights to the matches coming up next. This article walks through each part of the Dashboard and how to filter it by competition.

What the Dashboard is for

Think of the Dashboard as your home base. Rather than opening several tabs to check on recent media, team activity and match day plans, you can see the key information in one place. From here you can jump into the area you need, such as Multimedia for your highlights or Matches for your fixtures.

You can always get back to the Dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the main navigation.

Latest Media

The Latest Media section shows your newest content, so you can see what's been created without searching for it. It includes:

  • Highlights: short clips captured from your matches.

  • Compilations: highlights packaged together into a longer video.

  • Match recordings: full recordings of your streamed matches.

The Dashboard only shows the most recent items. To see everything, click Multimedia. This takes you to the Multimedia tab, where you can filter, open, download, share and combine your media.

Highlights and match recordings come from streamed matches, so this section fills up once your organisation has started streaming. If you've just signed up, it may be empty for now.

Activity

The Activity section shows what's happened across your organisation. It's a handy way to keep track of changes made by you and your team, especially when several people are working on the same competitions and matches.

Use it to check recent work at a glance, for example to confirm that a match has been set up or that something has been updated before match day. For a fuller history, open the Activity tab in the main navigation.

Upcoming Matches and Stream Activity

These two sections keep match day in view.

Upcoming Matches

Upcoming Matches lists the matches that are coming up next, such as Harbour City (HCF) v Ridgeview (RVR) at LIGR Demo Stadium. It helps you see what's on the schedule and plan ahead, like making sure overlays and streams are ready in time.

Matches only appear here once they've been created. If a fixture is missing, check it's been set up in the Matches tab with the right date and competition.

Stream Activity

Stream Activity gives you an overview of your streaming. It's useful on busy match days when you want a quick sense of what's happening without opening the Streaming tab.

Streams need the Streaming module, so if your organisation doesn't stream with LIGR Live yet, there may be little or nothing to show here.

Filter by competition

If your organisation runs more than one competition, you can focus the Dashboard on just one.

  1. Go to the top of the Dashboard and find the competition selector.

  2. Pick the competition you want, for example LIGR Demo League.

  3. The Dashboard updates to show information for that competition.

This is especially helpful for leagues and organisations managing several competitions at once, as it cuts out everything that isn't relevant to the one you're working on.

Tips and common mistakes

  • Dashboard looks empty? Check which competition is selected at the top. If you've filtered to one competition, media and matches from others won't show.

  • New account? Sections fill up as you use LIGR Live. Create a competition, venue, clubs, teams and a match to start seeing upcoming matches.

  • No highlights or recordings? These come from streamed matches, so you'll need the Streaming module and at least one streamed match.

  • Need the full list? The Dashboard shows a snapshot. Use Multimedia, Matches, Streaming or Activity for the complete picture.
