Competitions
Competitions are the top-level container for your matches. When you create a competition you assign it a graphics theme, which controls how all overlays and graphics look for every match in that competition. You can also configure default match settings, streams, and overlays at the competition level so they automatically apply to every match created under it.
Clubs and Teams
Clubs are organisational containers that group related teams together. Teams are what actually appear in matches. You can create clubs first and add teams to them, or create standalone teams. Once teams exist, you assign them to competitions so they're available when creating matches.
Players
Add players individually or bulk import them via CSV. Each player can be assigned to a team, and you can manage starting lineups directly from the team page. Player details include name, number, position, and an optional headshot image.
Venues
Venues represent the physical locations where your matches take place. Create a venue once and select it when setting up any match.
Search, Filters, and Bulk Operations
Use the search bar and filters to find any asset across your organisation. You can bulk import clubs via CSV and archive assets you no longer need. Archived assets can be restored at any time.
How Assets Connect to the Rest of the Platform
Assets feed directly into Matches and Streaming. A match requires a competition, two teams, and a venue — all of which are created here in Assets. The competition's assigned theme determines how graphics appear on screen, and any streams or overlays configured at the competition level carry through to every match automatically.
