Overview
All Assets sections (Competitions, Clubs and Teams, Players, Venues) include search and filter functions to help you find specific items quickly. These tools are especially useful when managing large numbers of teams, players, or venues across multiple competitions.

How to Search Assets
The search function is available at the top of each Assets section. To use it, navigate to the Assets section you want to search (Competitions, Clubs and Teams, Players, or Venues), then type your search term into the search box. Results filter automatically as you type, and the search looks for matches in names and key fields relevant to that section.
How to Filter Clubs and Teams
The Clubs and Teams section offers the most comprehensive filtering options. To use it, click Assets in the left sidebar and select Clubs and Teams. From there, use the filter options to narrow your results by competition, club, division, age group, and gender. Select your filter criteria from the dropdown menus, and results will update automatically based on your selections.

How to Include Archived Items
By default, archived items do not appear in your search or filter results. To show archived items, locate the "Include Archived" toggle in the filter section and switch it on. Archived items will then appear in your results alongside active items. This toggle is available in all Assets sections where archiving is supported.
Filter Options by Section
Each Assets section offers different search and filter capabilities. In Competitions, you can search by competition name, with no additional filter options available. In Clubs and Teams, you can filter by competition, club, division, age group, and gender, and toggle to include archived items. In Players, you can search by player name, with filter options varying based on your data structure. In Venues, you can search by venue name or address, with no additional filter options available.
Combining Search and Filters
You can use search and filters together for more precise results by first applying your filter selections, then using the search box to find specific items within the filtered results. This is useful when you need to find a specific team within a particular competition or age group.
