Overview
You can edit club and team details at any time from the Assets section. Changes to clubs apply to all teams within that club by default, unless a team has been customized with its own settings. Changes to teams can override inherited club settings through the Customize tab.
How to Edit a Club
To edit a club, click Assets in the left sidebar, then select Clubs and Teams, and choose the club you want to edit. From there you can edit any of the following fields: club name, default venue, graphic display names (Full Name, Medium Name, Short Name), club logo (click the upload button to replace it), club colors (primary color, secondary color, primary text color, secondary text color), and kits, which appear in the control room and on graphics. Once you're happy with your changes, click Save at the bottom of the screen.

How to Edit a Team
Teams can be edited through two tabs: General and Customize. Changes made in the Customize tab override the default inherited club settings.
Edit Team - General Tab
To get started, click Assets in the left sidebar, select Clubs and Teams, and choose the team you want to edit. The General tab opens by default, and here you can edit the club assignment (change which club the team belongs to), competitions (click on the Competitions section to open a dropdown of all available competitions, from which you can select one or multiple), age group, gender, and division. If needed, you can also archive the team by clicking Archive Team. When you're done, click Save at the bottom of the screen.
Edit Team - Customize Tab
The Customize tab allows you to override inherited club settings with team-specific customizations. To access it, click Assets in the left sidebar, select Clubs and Teams, choose the team you want to edit, and click the Customize tab. Here you can edit the team name, upload a unique team logo (which overrides the club logo), set team colors (primary, secondary, primary text, secondary text, which override the club colors), edit graphic display names (Full Name, Medium Name, Short Name), and add the manager or head coach's first and last name, which appears in broadcast graphics. Once finished, click Save at the bottom of the screen.

Important Notes
Changes made in the Customize tab override the default inherited club settings. If you want changes to apply across all teams within a club, edit the parent club instead.
Teams inherit the club's logo by default, but you can upload a unique team logo in the Customize tab if desired.
If you update the club logo but teams still show the old logo, check if those teams have customized logos uploaded in the Customize tab, since team-specific customizations override club defaults.
Changing Team Competition Assignments
You can change a team's competition assignment even after matches have been created. Teams can be assigned to a new competition during a match, but that change does not affect the match itself in terms of match settings.
The match will still show that team under the competition it was assigned to before the team's competition assignment was changed and before the match started. If a new match is created with that team, it will appear under the newly assigned competition.
