A club is a parent organization in LIGR Live. Teams belong to clubs and inherit the club's logo, colors, and venue by default. You can create teams without clubs, but using clubs makes management easier when you have multiple teams under one organization.

Creating a club involves filling out club details, selecting a home venue, entering graphic display names (Full Name, Medium Name, Short Name), choosing club colors (primary, secondary, primary text, secondary text), and uploading a club logo.

1. Start by clicking Assets > Clubs and Teams, then click the Create a Club or Team button (the red button in the top right corner).

2. From the dropdown menu that appears, select Create a Club.

​

3. Fill out the club details, which includes the club name, the home venue (you can select an existing venue or click Create New Venue), and the graphic display names: Full Name, Medium Name, and Short Name.

4. Next, select the club colors. Click the color palette to choose a primary color, then set a secondary color, a primary text color, and a secondary text color.

5. Upload the club logo by clicking the upload button. Once uploaded, you can crop the image, auto-remove or manually remove the background, and zoom as needed, then click Save.

6. Finally, click Create a Club to finish. After creation, you can add teams to the club immediately or click Skip to do it later.

Teams created under this club will inherit the club's logo, colors, and venue by default. You can override these settings at the team level by customizing individual teams.

Changes made to the club (logo, colors, venue) automatically apply to all teams within that club, unless a team has been customized with its own settings.
