Overview

The Club Portal is the interface that Club Users see when they log in to LIGR Live. It is focused specifically on managing their assigned club's details, teams, players, matches, and sponsor content.

Club Users do not have access to organisation-wide settings, streaming configuration, or match creation. The Club Portal restricts their view to only the club(s) they have been assigned to manage.

You'll see the Club Portal when:

* You've been assigned the Club User permission level

* You log in to LIGR Live with a Club User account

* An organisation administrator has linked you to a specific club

What Club Users Can Access

Club Users have access to the following features through the Club Portal:

* Update club details: name, graphics, venue, logo, and colors

* Manage teams: add players, set lineups, create new teams

* Create or update ad sets: adjust images, details, and display frequency

* View analytics: ad performance including display durations, screen share, and number of times ads were shown

* Access multimedia: highlights, match recordings, images, and videos

* View matches: upcoming, in-progress, and completed matches

* Upload images and videos to be assigned to competitions

* Share, edit, download, and archive highlights

* Add tags to highlights

What Club Users Cannot Access

Club Users do not have access to:

* Bulk import CSV files for matches

* Create matches

* Match settings

* Overlay settings

* Stream settings

* Highlight settings for individual competitions

Assigning a User to the Club Portal

Only organisation Owners can assign users to the Club Portal.

1. Navigate to Permissions (click the person icon in the bottom left corner, then click Permissions)

2. Enter the new user's basic details (name and email address)

3. Select "Club User" as their role

4. Select the club and link them to that club

5. Send the invitation

The new Club User will receive a verification email. They must click the verification link before they can access the Club Portal.

How Club Users Log In

When a Club User logs in to LIGR Live, they are automatically directed to the Club Portal interface. They do not see the full LIGR Live dashboard that organisation Users and Owners see.

The Club Portal interface shows only the sections and features available to Club Users, focused on their assigned club(s).

Managing Club Details in the Club Portal

After logging in, Club Users can update their club's information:

1. Navigate to the club settings section

2. Edit club details such as name, graphics display names, venue, and colors

3. Upload or update the club logo

4. Click Save at the bottom of the screen

Changes made here affect all teams within the club unless those teams have been customized with unique logos or colors.

Managing Teams and Players

Club Users can manage teams and players for their assigned club:

* Create new teams within their club

* Add players to team rosters

* Set default starting lineups

* Upload player photos

* Manage player positions and numbers

Teams created by Club Users inherit the club's logo, colors, and venue by default, but Club Users can customize individual teams if needed.

Managing Sponsor Content

Club Users can manage ad sets for their club's sponsors through the Club Portal.

To modify ad set allocations for a club:

1. From the Home section of the Club Portal dashboard, select Ads Allocation

2. Choose the relevant ad set from the dropdown menu

3. Adjust the percentage to your preference

4. Click Save

To adjust allocation for a specific team:

1. Click on the ad set you want to allocate from the Home section

2. Choose the team you want to modify from the list of teams on the left-hand side

3. Select Ads Allocation

4. Click Customize

5. Select the relevant ad set from the dropdown

6. Change the percentage to the desired amount

7. Click Save

Viewing Matches

Club Users can view matches involving their club:

* Upcoming matches

* Matches currently in progress

* Completed matches

Club Users cannot create matches or modify match settings, overlay settings, or stream settings. They can only view match information and access associated content like highlights and recordings.

Accessing Multimedia Content

Club Users have access to multimedia content related to their club:

* View and download highlights from matches

* Access match recordings

* Upload images and videos

* Share highlights to social media

* Edit highlights using the video editor

* Add tags to highlights for organization

* Archive content when needed

Connections to Other Sections

Assets

Club Users manage their club and team data in the Assets section, but their view is restricted to only their assigned club(s). They cannot see or modify other clubs' data.

Multimedia

Club Users can access highlights, match recordings, images, and videos related to their club. They can upload new media and manage existing content.

Matches

Club Users can view match information but cannot create matches or configure streams and overlays. Match creation and configuration remain with organisation Users and Owners.

Ads

Club Users can manage ad sets and allocation percentages for their club's sponsors. They cannot access organisation-wide ad settings or competition-level allocation.

Tips

Use Club Users for Club Administrators

The Club User permission level is ideal for club administrators who need to manage their club's information, teams, players, and sponsor content without access to organisation-wide settings.

Club Users Cannot Create Matches

If a Club User needs to create matches, they require the User permission level instead of Club User. Only organisation Users and Owners can create matches.

Club Portal is Focused and Restricted

The Club Portal is intentionally limited to prevent Club Users from accidentally modifying organisation-wide settings, streaming configuration, or other clubs' data.

Verification Email Required

New Club Users must verify their email address before they can access the Club Portal. Remind them to check their spam folder if they don't receive the verification email.
