What is an Organisation?
An organisation is the top-level account in LIGR Live that contains all your clubs, matches, assets, users, and settings. Everything you create and manage in LIGR Live exists within an organisation.
One person owns the organisation and has complete control over it, including billing, user management, and the ability to transfer ownership to another user.
Organisation Owner
The organisation owner has complete access to everything in the organisation including:
* Full access to all features and settings
* Billing access and payment management
* Ability to invite new users
* Ability to modify user permission levels
* Ability to transfer ownership to another user
Only the owner can perform these administrative functions. Other users may have full operational access but cannot manage billing or user accounts unless they are the owner.
Transferring Organisation Ownership
If you are the current owner and want to transfer ownership to another user:
1. Click the person icon in the bottom left corner
2. Click Permissions
3. Find the user you want to transfer ownership to
4. Click the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of their name
5. Click Transfer Ownership from the menu
Warning: Once you transfer ownership, you will no longer have owner privileges. The new owner will have complete control including billing and user management.
What the Organisation Contains
Your organisation contains all the components you create and manage in LIGR Live:
* Assets: Competitions, clubs, teams, players, and venues
* Matches: All scheduled, live, and completed matches
* Streams and Overlays: Live streaming configurations and graphic overlays
* Users: All team members and their permission levels
* Multimedia: Highlights, match recordings, images, and videos
* Ad Sets: Advertising and sponsorship content
* Billing: Usage tracking and account balance
Organisation-Level Settings
Settings configured at the organisation level apply across all competitions and matches unless overridden at a lower level (competition, club, or match).
The owner controls organisation-wide configurations including user access, billing arrangements, and administrative settings.
