Understanding Organisations in LIGR Live

An organisation is the top-level LIGR Live account containing all clubs, matches, assets, and users, owned by one user with full control including billing.

What is an Organisation?

An organisation is the top-level account in LIGR Live that contains all your clubs, matches, assets, users, and settings. Everything you create and manage in LIGR Live exists within an organisation.

One person owns the organisation and has complete control over it, including billing, user management, and the ability to transfer ownership to another user.

Organisation Owner

The organisation owner has complete access to everything in the organisation. This includes:

• Full access to all features and settings

• Billing access and payment management

• Ability to invite new users

• Ability to modify user permission levels

• Ability to transfer ownership to another user

Only the owner can perform these administrative functions. Other users may have full operational access but cannot manage billing or user accounts unless they are the owner.

Transferring Organisation Ownership

If you are the current owner and want to transfer ownership to another user, you can do so from the Permissions area. Start by clicking the person icon in the bottom left corner, then click Permissions. From there, find the user you want to transfer ownership to, and click the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of their name. Finally, click Transfer Ownership from the menu that appears to complete the transfer.

1. Click the person icon in the bottom left corner.

2. Click Permissions.

3. Find the user you want to transfer ownership to.

4. Click the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of their name.

5. Click Transfer Ownership from the menu.

Warning: Once you transfer ownership, you will no longer have owner privileges. The new owner will have complete control including billing and user management.
