Overview
Only the organization Owner can modify user permissions in LIGR Live. This article explains how to change a user's permission level after they've been added to your organization.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure the following conditions are met: you must be the organization Owner, and the user whose permissions you want to change must already exist in your organization.
How to Change a User's Permission Level
To change a user's permission level, start by clicking the person icon in the bottom left corner, then click Permissions. This will take you to the list of users in your organization.

From there, find the user whose permissions you want to change and click the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of their name. This opens a menu where you can select the new permission level for that user. The user's permission level is updated immediately once you make your selection.
Available Permission Levels
When you click the ellipsis menu, you can select from the following permission levels:
• Owner: Complete access including billing, user management, and ownership transfer
• User: Full access except billing, user management, and ownership transfer
• Club User: Limited to managing assigned clubs through the Club Portal
• Live Scorer: Access only to the LIGR LiveScore app
• Media Viewer: View-only access to matches, highlights, and media

Important Notes
If you are not the organization Owner, you cannot modify user permissions. Only the Owner has this capability. If you need to change a user's permission level and you're not the Owner, ask the Owner to make the change.
Permission changes take effect immediately - the user does not need to log out and log back in.
