Overview
When you invite a new user to your organization, they receive a verification email at the address you provided. The user must click the verification link in that email before they can access the organization. Once verified, they can log in and access features based on the permission level you assigned them.
The Invitation Process
When you send an invitation:
1. The user receives a verification email at the address you entered
2. The user must click the verification link in the email
3. Once verified, the user can log in to the organization
4. The user's access is determined by the permission level you assigned (Owner, User, Club User, Live Scorer, or Media Viewer)
What the User Can Access
The permission level you select during invitation determines what the new user can access:
* Owner: Complete access including billing, user management, and ownership transfer
* User: Full access except billing, user management, and ownership transfer
* Club User: Limited to managing their assigned club(s) through the Club Portal
* Live Scorer: Access only to the LIGR LiveScore app - automatically directed there when they log in
* Media Viewer: View-only access to matches, highlights, and media content
Verification Email Location
Verification emails often end up in junk or spam folders. If a new user hasn't received their verification email, have them check their spam folder first. They should mark emails from LIGR as safe to ensure future delivery.
If the verification email is still not found after checking spam, contact support via the chat function in the bottom right of the Help Center.
After Verification
Once the user clicks the verification link and logs in, they can immediately access the organization based on their assigned permission level. Club Users will see the Club Portal interface focused on their assigned club. Live Scorers will be automatically directed to the LiveScore app. All other permission levels will access the LIGR Live dashboard with the features their role permits.
