Overview

Club Users can be assigned to manage specific clubs through the Permissions page. Once assigned to a club, they access the Club Portal when they log in and can only manage their assigned club's details, teams, players, and related content. They cannot create matches or access streaming configuration.

How to Assign a User to a Specific Club

1. Click the person icon in the bottom left corner

2. Click Permissions

3. Enter the new user's basic details:

* Name

* Email address

* Role (select "Club User" as their permission level)

4. Select the club you want to assign them to

5. Link them to that club

6. Send the invitation

The new user will receive a verification email. They must click the verification link before they can access the organization. Once verified and logged in, the user will automatically see the Club Portal interface focused on their assigned club.

Changing an Existing User's Club Assignment

If you need to assign an existing user to a club or change their club assignment:

1. Navigate to Permissions

2. Find the user in the list

3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of their name

4. Change their role to "Club User" if they're not already set to that level

5. Select the club you want to assign them to

6. Link them to the club

What Club Users Can Access

Once assigned to a club, Club Users have access to the following through the Club Portal:

* Update club details: name, graphics, venue, logo, and colors

* Manage teams: add players, set lineups, create new teams

* Create or update ad sets: adjust images, details, and display frequency

* View analytics: ad performance including display durations, screen share, and number of times ads were shown

* Access multimedia: highlights, match recordings, images, and videos

* View matches: upcoming, in-progress, and completed matches

* Upload images and videos to be assigned to competitions

* Share, edit, download, and archive highlights

* Add tags to highlights

What Club Users Cannot Access

Club Users do not have access to:

* Bulk import CSV files for matches

* Create matches

* Match settings

* Overlay settings

* Stream settings

* Highlight settings for individual competitions

Verifying Club User Access

After inviting a Club User:

1. The user receives a verification email at the address you provided

2. The user must click the verification link in the email

3. Once verified, the user can log in and will automatically be directed to the Club Portal

If the user hasn't received their verification email, check their junk/spam folder. Verification emails often end up there. Mark emails from LIGR as safe to ensure future delivery.
