Club Portal users with appropriate permissions can modify ad set allocation for their assigned club. This article explains how to adjust allocation percentages for ad sets at both the club level and the team level within the Club Portal.
Prerequisites
To edit ad set allocation within the Club Portal, users must possess the appropriate permissions granted by the organization's owner.
How to modify ad set allocations for a club
1. After logging in, make sure you are on the Home section of the dashboard
2. Select Ads Allocation
3. Choose the relevant ad set from the drop-down menu
4. Adjust the percentage to your preference
5. Click Save
You have successfully updated the club sponsor allocation through the Club Portal.
How to assign ad sets to a team in the Club Portal
Ad sets are typically allocated to a club within LIGR, and specific teams display ads based on these allocations. To adjust the allocation percentage for a specific team, follow these steps:
1. Click on the ad set you want to allocate from the Home section of the dashboard
2. Choose the team you want to modify from the list of teams associated with the club, located on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Select Ads Allocation
4. Click Customize
5. Select the relevant ad set from the drop down
6. Change the Percentage to the desired amount
7. Click Save
You have successfully adjusted the allocation for the specific team within the club using the Club Portal.
