Overview
Team-level ad set allocation allows you to override club-level settings for specific teams. When you customize allocation at the team level, changes apply only to that team — other teams within the club continue to inherit the club's default allocation settings.
Ad sets must be assigned to the parent club before they can be allocated at the team level. Once assigned to a club, you can adjust which ad sets appear and their display percentages for individual teams.
How to Assign an Ad Set to a Team
To assign an ad set to a team, it must be assigned to the parent club first.
1. Click Ads in the left hand side dashboard
2. Select Allocation
3. Filter by Club & Team
4. Select the relevant team. Note: If you have multiple clubs and teams, ensure that you choose the team and not the club
5. Press the Customize link to the right of the locked-out Ad Set Allocation heading
6. This will unlock the settings and allow you to make team-level adjustments. You can swap out sponsors, add or remove sponsors, and change percentages
Understanding Team-Level Allocation
Any changes you make at the team level apply to that team only. For example, you could have a club with four teams — if you make team-level adjustments to the ad sets, they will apply to that team only. The other three teams will inherit settings from the club.
At a team level, you can only set percentage levels for ad sets that have been assigned to the club. This means that you can assign an ad set to a club, not set a percentage for the club, but still assign a percentage for a team.
Resetting to Club Defaults
If you want to return to the default settings (inherited from the club), hit the Reset to club default link.
Important Notes
* Teams must be assigned to a competition to appear in match creation
* Changes made at the team level override the default inherited club settings
* If you want changes to apply across all teams within a club, edit the parent club instead
* Each match is different, so the number of ad displays in any broadcast will vary depending on the sport, the amount of action in the game, and the graphics settings (as ads are shown alongside live graphics)
