Cancelling your subscription stops future billing on your LIGR Live Organisation account while allowing you to continue using paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Before You Begin
Only the Owner of an Organisation can cancel a subscription. Admins, Users, and other roles do not have access to billing settings.
Prerequisites
• You must be logged in as the Owner of the Organisation
• You should have a record of any active Matches, Competitions, or scheduled broadcasts that may be affected
• Review any outstanding invoices or usage charges before cancelling

Cancelling Your Subscription
Follow these steps to cancel your LIGR Live subscription from your profile.
1. Log in to LIGR Live as the Organisation Owner
2. Click your profile icon in the top navigation
3. Select Billing and Usage from the menu
4. Locate your current subscription plan details
5. Click Cancel Subscription
6. Review the cancellation summary, including the date your access will end
7. Confirm the cancellation when prompted

What Happens After You Cancel
Once your cancellation is confirmed:
• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after the period ends
• All Assets (Competitions, Clubs, Teams, Players, Venues) remain in your account during the active period
• After the billing period ends, access to paid features will be restricted
• Recordings, Highlights, and other media may become unavailable depending on your plan
Tips
• Download important media first: Export any Highlights, Compilations, or match recordings you want to keep before your subscription ends
• Export match data: Save any Review Page data or Match Facts you may need for records
• Check scheduled Matches: Make sure no critical live broadcasts fall after your subscription end date
• Reactivate anytime: You can resubscribe from the Billing and Usage page if you change your mind
Common Issues
I don't see a Cancel Subscription option Only the Owner role can cancel a subscription. If you are an Admin or another role, you will not see billing controls. Contact the Organisation Owner to request cancellation.
I was charged after cancelling Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. If you were billed after your confirmed end date, contact LIGR support with your invoice details.
I want to cancel immediately instead of at period end Standard cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. For immediate cancellation requests, contact LIGR support directly.
Can I pause instead of cancel? If you only need a temporary break, contact LIGR support to discuss plan options before cancelling.
