Changing your LIGR Live plan lets you scale your subscription up or down to match your broadcasting needs, whether you're running more matches, adding advanced features, or reducing usage during the off-season.

Before You Begin

To change your plan, make sure you have the right access:

• You must be signed in as the Owner of the Organisation

Admins and other user roles cannot change billing or subscription settings

• Have your payment details ready if you're upgrading

Accessing Billing and Usage

1. Sign in to your LIGR Live account

2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu

4. Navigate to the Billing and Usage section

How to Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrading unlocks additional features, higher usage limits, or more advanced capabilities within your Organisation.

1. Open the Billing and Usage page from your Profile

2. Review your current plan details at the top of the page

3. Click Change Plan or Upgrade

4. Compare the available plans and select the one that suits your needs

5. Confirm your billing details and payment method

6. Click Confirm to apply the upgrade

Your new plan features will become available immediately after payment is processed.

How to Downgrade Your Plan

Downgrading moves you to a lower tier with reduced features or usage limits.

1. Go to Profile > Billing and Usage

2. Click Change Plan

3. Select the lower-tier plan you want to move to

4. Review what features and limits will change

5. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrades typically take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose access to paid features you've already been billed for.

What Happens to Your Assets

Changing your plan does not delete your Assets. Your Competitions, Clubs, Teams, Players, Venues, and Matches remain in your Organisation. However, some features tied to higher-tier plans may become limited or unavailable after a downgrade, such as:

• Advanced FUSE capabilities

• Higher streaming or Multiview limits

• Additional user seats

• Extended recording or Highlights storage

Tips

• Review the Usage section of the page before downgrading to check how close you are to plan limits

• If you run seasonal competitions, plan your upgrades and downgrades around your match calendar

• Upgrades take effect immediately, so time them to when you actually need the new features

• Keep your payment method up to date to avoid interruptions during live matches

Common Issues

I can't see the Change Plan option You're likely not signed in as the Owner. Only Owners can manage billing. Ask your Organisation Owner to make the change.

My downgrade hasn't taken effect yet Downgrades usually apply at the end of the current billing cycle. Check the Billing and Usage page for the scheduled change date.

A feature I was using is no longer available If you've downgraded, some features from your previous plan may now be locked. Upgrade again to restore access, or contact LIGR support for help.

Payment failed during upgrade Check that your card details are current and that your bank isn't blocking the transaction, then try again.
