Understanding Billing and Usage

The Billing and Usage section of your LIGR Live profile is where you review your current plan, track how much you've used, and manage payment details for your Organisation.


Accessing Billing and Usage

Billing and Usage is only available to users with the Owner permission level. Admins, Users, and other roles will not see this section.


1. Log in to LIGR Live as the Organisation Owner.


2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.


3. Select Billing and Usage from the menu.

What You Can See in Billing and Usage

The Billing and Usage page is divided into a few key areas that help you understand your subscription and track consumption across your Organisation.


Current Plan

This section shows the plan your Organisation is subscribed to, along with the features and limits included. From here you can review what's covered and see any available upgrade or downgrade options.


Usage

The Usage area shows how much of your plan allowance you've consumed in the current billing period. Depending on your plan, this may include things like:


• Number of matches created


• Streaming hours used


• Storage consumed by recordings, Highlights, and Moments


• Number of active users

Payment Method

This is where you add or update the credit card or payment details used for your subscription. Only the Owner can make changes here.


Invoices and Billing History

All past invoices are listed here with dates, amounts, and download links. Use this to keep records for your accounting or to review historical charges.

Updating Your Payment Details

1. Go to Profile → Billing and Usage.


2. Scroll to the Payment Method section.


3. Click Update or Edit.


4. Enter your new card details and save.


Reviewing and Downloading Invoices

1. Go to Profile → Billing and Usage.


2. Scroll to the Invoices section.


3. Click the download icon next to the invoice you want.


4. The invoice will download as a PDF to your device.


Tips

• Check your Usage regularly during busy periods (such as finals or tournaments) to avoid hitting plan limits unexpectedly.


• Keep your payment method up to date to prevent interruptions to streaming or Control Room access.


• If you're approaching a usage limit, contact LIGR support early to discuss upgrading your plan.


• Download invoices at the end of each billing period for your records.


Common Issues

I can't see the Billing and Usage section Only the Organisation Owner has access to Billing and Usage. If you're an Admin or User, ask your Owner to make changes or share information with you.


My payment failed Check that your card hasn't expired and that there are sufficient funds. Update your payment method in the Payment Method section and retry.


Usage looks higher than expected Usage reflects activity across your entire Organisation, including all matches, streams, and stored media. Review your recent matches and recordings to identify what's contributing most.


I need to transfer billing to another person Billing is tied to the Owner role. To change who manages billing, the current Owner needs to transfer ownership of the Organisation.
