How to View and Download Invoices

The Billing and Usage area of your LIGR Live profile lets you review your account's payment history and download invoices for your records.


Before You Start

To view and download invoices, you need:


Owner permission on the Organisation (Admins cannot access billing)


• An active LIGR Live subscription or previous paid activity on the account


Accessing Your Invoices

Invoices are stored under your profile settings, in the Billing and Usage section.


1. Log in to LIGR Live.


2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.


3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.


4. Open the Billing and Usage tab.

Viewing Your Invoices

Once you're in Billing and Usage, you'll see a list of all invoices generated for your Organisation.


Each invoice entry typically shows:


• Invoice date


• Invoice number or reference


• Amount charged


• Payment status (for example, paid or outstanding)

Downloading an Invoice

To save a copy of an invoice as a PDF:


1. Locate the invoice you want from the list.


2. Click the Download option next to that invoice.


3. The PDF will download to your device automatically.


You can download past invoices at any time, so there's no need to save them immediately after each billing cycle.


Tips

• Download invoices promptly at the end of each financial period to make reconciliation easier.


• Only the Organisation Owner can access billing records. If you're an Admin who needs an invoice, ask your Owner to download it for you.


• Keep your billing contact details up to date in your profile so invoices are sent to the right email address.


Common Issues

I can't see the Billing and Usage tab. This tab is only visible to the Organisation Owner. If you're logged in as an Admin, User, or any other role, you won't see it.


My invoice list is empty. If your Organisation is on a free plan or hasn't been billed yet, there won't be any invoices to display. Invoices appear after your first charge.


The download isn't working. Check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups or downloads from LIGR Live. Try a different browser if the issue continues.
