Viewing your current plan in LIGR Live lets you see which subscription your Organisation is on, along with the features and usage limits included.
Who Can View the Current Plan
Access to billing information is restricted by user role:
• Owner — full access to plan details and billing
• Admin — may view plan details depending on Organisation settings
• Other roles (User, Gameday Operator, Live Scorer, Media Viewer) do not have access to billing information
If you cannot see the Billing area, contact your Organisation Owner.
Accessing Your Plan Details
Follow these steps to view your current plan:
1. Log in to LIGR Live.
2. Click your profile icon in the top corner of the screen.
3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
4. Open the Billing and Usage section.
5. Your current plan will be displayed at the top of the page.

What You Can See on the Plan Page
The Billing and Usage page shows key information about your subscription, including:
• The name of your current plan
• Features included with the plan
• Usage limits and current usage against those limits
• Renewal or billing cycle information

Reviewing Usage
Usage indicators help you understand how much of your plan allowance has been consumed. Check this regularly if your Organisation runs a high volume of matches or streams.
Tips
• Bookmark the Billing and Usage page if you monitor usage frequently.
• Review your plan before the start of a new season to confirm it matches your expected match volume.
• Only the Owner can make changes to billing or upgrade the plan, so share plan details with them if adjustments are needed.
Common Issues
• I can't see the Billing and Usage section — Your user role may not have billing access. Ask your Organisation Owner to review your permissions.
• The plan details look out of date — Refresh the page or log out and back in. If the issue continues, contact LIGR support.
• Usage figures don't match what I expected — Usage is calculated across the entire Organisation, not just your own activity. Check with other users in your Organisation.
