Managing your subscription in LIGR Live lets you view your current plan, update billing details, and keep track of usage across your Organisation.
Accessing Billing and Usage
Billing and subscription settings are located in your Profile area. Only users with the Owner role have full access to billing. Admins can view most settings but cannot change billing or transfer ownership.
1. Log in to LIGR Live.
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
4. Navigate to the Billing and Usage section.

Viewing Your Current Subscription
The Billing and Usage page shows the details of your Organisation's current plan, including:
• Your active subscription tier
• Renewal or billing date
• Payment method on file
• Current usage against any plan limits

Updating Payment Details
To update the card or payment method linked to your Organisation:
1. Go to Profile → Billing and Usage.
2. Locate the Payment Method section.
3. Select the option to update or replace your payment details.
4. Enter the new payment information and save your changes.
Changing Your Plan
If you need more capacity or want to adjust your subscription:
1. Open the Billing and Usage page.
2. Review the available plan options.
3. Select the plan that fits your Organisation's needs.
4. Confirm the change to apply it to your account.
Plan changes affect your entire Organisation, including all Competitions, Matches, and users.
Reviewing Usage
The usage summary helps you understand how your Organisation is using LIGR Live across features like matches, streaming, and storage. Check this regularly to avoid hitting plan limits during a live production.

Tips
• Only the Owner can transfer ownership or cancel the subscription. Make sure the correct person holds this role before a renewal date.
• Review usage ahead of busy match weekends so you don't run into limits mid-broadcast.
• Keep your payment method up to date to avoid interruptions to live streaming and Control Room access.
• If multiple people need visibility into billing, consider assigning them the Admin role so they can view settings without full billing control.
Common Issues
• Can't see Billing and Usage options: You likely don't have the Owner role. Ask your Organisation Owner to make changes or adjust your permissions.
• Payment failed or card declined: Update your payment method immediately in the Billing and Usage page to avoid service disruption.
• Usage appears higher than expected: Check for active Matches, stored recordings, Highlights, and Compilations that may be contributing to usage.
• Plan change didn't apply: Refresh the page after confirming. If the issue persists, contact LIGR support.
