Disconnecting a Destination in LIGR Live removes the link between your account and an external streaming service (such as YouTube Live or Facebook Live) so that streams can no longer be sent to that account.
Overview
Destinations are the external platforms where your LIGR streams are delivered. Once connected, they appear in your Connections area under your Profile and can be selected when configuring a match stream. If you no longer want LIGR to have access to a connected account — for example, if you're switching to a different YouTube channel or a team member's account — you can disconnect it at any time.
Before You Start
Before disconnecting a Destination, check the following:
• No live or scheduled matches are currently streaming to that Destination
• You have the correct permission level (Owner or Admin) to manage account Connections
• You have an alternative Destination ready if you still need to stream to an external platform

How to Disconnect a Destination
Follow these steps to remove a connected Destination from your organisation.
1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and open the Profile & Account area.
2. Navigate to the Connections section.
3. Locate the connected Destination you want to remove (for example, YouTube or Facebook).
4. Click the Disconnect option next to that Destination.
5. Confirm the action when prompted.
Once disconnected, the Destination will no longer appear as an option when configuring a stream for a match.

What Happens After Disconnecting
After you disconnect a Destination:
• LIGR Live will no longer have permission to send streams to that external account
• Any matches previously configured to stream to this Destination will need to be updated with a new Destination before going live
• Past recordings, Highlights, and Compilations already stored in LIGR are not affected
• Videos already published to the external platform (e.g. on YouTube) remain on that platform
Reconnecting a Destination
If you change your mind, you can reconnect the same Destination later by returning to the Connections section and following the standard connection flow for that platform. You may be asked to sign in and re-authorise LIGR Live to access the account.
Tips
• Disconnect old Destinations you no longer use to keep your Connections list tidy and reduce the chance of streaming to the wrong account.
• If multiple people in your organisation use LIGR, confirm with your team before disconnecting a shared Destination.
• Always disconnect from LIGR first, then revoke access from the external platform's security settings for a complete removal.
Common Issues
The Disconnect option is greyed out or missing You may not have the required permission level. Only Owners and Admins can manage Connections. Contact your organisation Owner if you need access.
