Connecting streaming Destinations in LIGR Live lets you send your live match output to external platforms like YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or any RTMP endpoint directly from your Organisation account.
What Are Connections?
The Connections area in your Profile is where you link external streaming platforms to your LIGR Live Organisation. Once connected, these Destinations become available when setting up a Match, so you can push your stream out to one or more platforms at the same time.
Common Destinations include:
• YouTube Live
• Facebook Live
• Custom RTMP endpoints

Prerequisites
Before connecting a Destination, make sure you have:
• Owner or Admin access to your LIGR Live Organisation
• An active account on the platform you want to connect to (e.g. YouTube, Facebook)
• Any required stream keys or RTMP URLs if you're connecting a custom endpoint

Using a Connected Destination in a Match
Once a Destination is connected, you can assign it when setting up streaming for a Match:

2. Go to the Stream View or stream setup page for that Match.
3. Select your connected Destination(s) from the available list.
4. Start your stream when ready.

Tips
• You can connect multiple Destinations and push the same stream to all of them simultaneously.
• Give custom RTMP connections clear, descriptive names so operators can quickly identify them during match setup.
• Re-authorise YouTube and Facebook connections periodically — tokens can expire and may need refreshing before a live match.
• Test your Destinations with a rehearsal Match before a live event to confirm everything streams correctly.
Common Issues
• Authorisation failed: Make sure you're logged into the correct YouTube or Facebook account in your browser before starting the connection flow.
• Stream not reaching the Destination: Double-check the RTMP URL and Stream Key for typos, and confirm the Destination platform is ready to receive a stream.
• Connection missing from match setup: Confirm the Destination shows as active in the Connections tab. If it's expired, remove and reconnect it.
• Permission denied: Only Owners and Admins can manage Connections. Standard Users and Gameday Operators will need to request access from an administrator.
