The LiveScore App lets Live Scorers record Match Facts such as goals, cards, and substitutions in real time, feeding live data into LIGR Live graphics and the Match Centre.
Before You Log In
Before you can log in to the LiveScore App, make sure:
• You have been invited to an Organisation with the Live Scorer role (or a higher role that includes scoring access).
• You have downloaded the LiveScore App on your mobile device.
• You have an active internet connection.
• You know the email address associated with your LIGR Live account.

Logging In to the LiveScore App
Follow these steps to sign in and access your assigned matches.
1. Open the LiveScore App on your mobile device.
2. Enter the email address linked to your LIGR Live account.
3. Enter your password.
4. Tap Log In.
5. Once logged in, you will see the list of matches available to score within your Organisation.
Selecting a Match to Score
After logging in, you can choose the match you want to work on.
1. Browse the list of upcoming or live matches.
2. Tap the match you have been assigned to.
3. Confirm the teams, competition, and kick-off details before starting to record Match Facts.

Tips
• Use the same login credentials as your LIGR Live web account — there is no separate LiveScore App account.
• If you belong to more than one Organisation, make sure you select the correct one after logging in.
• Keep your device charged and connected to a stable network, as Match Facts are sent live to LIGR.
• Log in and test access before match day to avoid delays at kick-off.
Common Issues
I can't log in with my email and password
Double-check that your email is spelled correctly and that Caps Lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, reset it via the LIGR Live web platform and then log in to the LiveScore App with the new password.
I don't see any matches after logging in
This usually means:
• You haven't been assigned to a match yet. Ask your Admin or Owner to assign you.
• The match hasn't been created under a Competition yet.
• You are logged in to the wrong Organisation.
I was invited but can't log in
Make sure you have accepted the invitation email and set a password for your LIGR Live account before trying to log in to the LiveScore App.
My role doesn't allow scoring
Only users with the Live Scorer role (or higher roles that include scoring permissions) can record Match Facts. Contact your Organisation's Owner or Admin to update your permissions.
