Sponsor Loops let you play an automated sequence of sponsor images between graphic events during a match, keeping your sponsors visible throughout the broadcast without manual triggering.
What Is a Sponsor Loop?
A Sponsor Loop is an automated sequence of sponsor images drawn from an Ad Set assigned to your competition, club, or team. Once configured, the loop plays through the Control Room during a live match, cycling through sponsor graphics at set intervals.
Sponsor Loops are useful for:
• Filling natural breaks in play with sponsor content
• Rotating multiple sponsors fairly across a match
• Running sponsor visibility without needing an operator to trigger each graphic
Prerequisites
Before you can play a Sponsor Loop, make sure you have:
• An Ad Set created with sponsor images uploaded
• The Ad Set allocated to the relevant Competition, Club, or Team
• A Match created under that Competition
• Access to the Control Room for the match (as an Owner, Admin, User, or Gameday Operator)

Step 3: Start the Sponsor Loop
Inside the Control Room:
1. Locate the Sponsor Loop controls in the graphics panel
2. Review the sequence of sponsor images to confirm the order
3. Click Play on the Sponsor Loop to begin the automated sequence
4. The loop will cycle through each sponsor image and repeat until stopped
Step 4: Stop or Pause the Sponsor Loop
1. To pause the loop temporarily, click Pause in the Sponsor Loop controls
2. To stop the loop entirely, click Stop
3. Triggering other overlays (such as a goal or lower third) may interrupt the loop depending on your Game Plan and priority settings
Using Sponsor Loops with an Automated Game Plan
If your Match is running an Automated Game Plan, Sponsor Loops can be set to play automatically during idle periods or between key events.
• The Game Plan controls when the loop starts and stops
• Other graphics triggered by Match Facts (such as goals or cards) will take priority over the loop
• Once the triggered graphic finishes, the Sponsor Loop resumes
Tips
• Keep sponsor images visually consistent in size and safe area so they display cleanly in the loop
• Review your Ad Set Allocation before every match to make sure the right sponsors are attached
• Use Manual Mode if you want full control over when sponsors appear rather than letting them loop automatically
• Test the Sponsor Loop in the Control Room before going live to confirm timing and order
Common Issues
The Sponsor Loop is not playing
• Check that the Ad Set is allocated to the correct Competition, Club, or Team
• Confirm the Match is linked to that Competition
• Reload the Control Room to refresh assigned assets
Sponsor images are missing from the loop
• Open the Ad Set and check each image is active
• Make sure images meet the required format and dimensions
The loop keeps being interrupted
• Review your Automated Game Plan priority settings
• Other overlays may be triggering more frequently than expected — check your Match Facts and Playlists
Sponsors appear in the wrong order
• Reorder images within the Ad Set before the match starts
• Changes made mid-match may not apply until the Control Room is refreshed
