Playing Graphics during a Match in LIGR Live lets you display Scorebugs, lower thirds, lineup cards, sponsor images, and other visual elements over your live video stream from the Control Room.

Before You Start

Before you can play Graphics during a Match, make sure:

• The Match has been created under a Competition

• A Theme Instance is assigned to the Competition

• You have access to the Match via the Production Link

• You have the correct permission level (Owner, Admin, User, or Gameday Operator)

Opening the Control Room

The Control Room is where you manage and trigger Graphics live during a Match.

Understanding the Graphics Panel

Inside the Control Room, available Graphics are grouped by type. Depending on your Theme Instance, you may see:

Scorebug — the persistent score and time graphic

Lower Thirds — player name cards, team info, and stat callouts

Full-Screen Graphics — lineups, formations, and match summaries

Sponsor Graphics — individual sponsor images or a Sponsor Loop

Image Templates — pre-designed graphics customised with Match data

Playing a Graphic

To play an individual Graphic during a Match:

1. Locate the Graphic you want to trigger in the Control Room.

2. Click the Graphic to send it live to the Overlay.

3. The Graphic will animate on according to its Theme configuration.

4. Click again (or use the Out / Off control) to remove it from the Overlay.

Playing the Scorebug

The Scorebug is usually the first Graphic you bring on and stays visible throughout the Match.

1. Find the Scorebug control in the Control Room.

2. Click it to bring the Scorebug on screen.

3. Leave it on for the duration of the Match unless you need a clean feed.

Playing a Playlist

A Playlist is an automated sequence of Graphics that plays in order.

1. Select the Playlist you want to run.

2. Click to trigger it.

3. Graphics within the Playlist will play in sequence based on the Playlist configuration.

Manual Mode vs Automated Game Plan

How Graphics play depends on the mode your Match is running in:

Automated Game Plan — Graphics and Playlists trigger automatically based on Match events captured in the LiveScore App (for example, a goal triggers a goal Graphic).

Manual Mode — You trigger every Graphic manually from the Control Room.

You can still manually trigger Graphics while an Automated Game Plan is running if you need to override or add something extra.

Tips

• Preview your Theme Instance before the Match starts so you know what each Graphic looks like.

• Keep the Scorebug on for the whole Match for consistency.

• If you are using an Automated Game Plan, open the LiveScore App side-by-side so you can see which Match Facts are triggering Graphics.

• Use the Monitoring Link on a second screen to confirm Graphics are appearing correctly on the output.

• Avoid stacking too many Graphics at once — let one finish before triggering the next.

Common Issues

A Graphic will not play when clicked Check that the Match is live and that the Theme Instance has loaded correctly. Refresh the Control Room if Graphics appear greyed out.
