Editing an Ad Set in LIGR Live lets you update sponsor images, rename the set, or replace existing assets so your advertising content stays current across your broadcasts.
Ad Sets are used by both advertising systems in LIGR Live:
• For organisations using inbuilt themes, Ad Sets are used with Ad Allocation, where sets are allocated to Competitions, Clubs, or Teams and rotation is handled by the system.
• For organisations using Rive themes, Ad Sets are referenced directly in Automated Game Plan playlists.
Editing an Ad Set updates it everywhere it is used, regardless of which system applies to your organisation.
Before You Start
Before editing an Ad Set, make sure:
• You have the correct permissions (Owner, Admin, or User with Ads access)
• The Ad Set you want to edit already exists in the Ads section
• You have any new sponsor images ready in the required sizes if you plan to replace assets
Where to Find Your Ad Sets
All Ad Sets live in the Ads section of LIGR Live, under the Ad Sets tab. This is the central place for managing sponsor assets before they are used in Allocations (inbuilt themes) or in Automated Game Plan playlists (Rive themes).

Replacing Sponsor Images
An Ad Set contains seven differently sized images for a single sponsor. To replace an image:
1. Open the Ad Set.
2. Find the image slot you want to update.
3. Remove the existing image or upload a new one into that slot.
4. Confirm that all seven sizes remain filled so the Ad Set can be used across Allocations and Automated Game Plan playlists.

Renaming an Ad Set
1. Open the Ad Set you want to rename.
2. Edit the name field at the top of the Ad Set details page.
3. Save your changes.
The new name will appear everywhere the Ad Set is referenced, including in Allocations and Automated Game Plan playlists.
Tips
• Keep Ad Set names clear and consistent (for example, the sponsor's name) so they are easy to find when managing Allocations or building playlists.
• Always upload all seven required sizes. If any size is missing, the Ad Set may not display correctly across different graphics.
• After editing, review how the Ad Set is used:
• If your organisation uses inbuilt themes, check your Allocations to confirm the Ad Set is still assigned to the correct Competitions, Teams, or Clubs.
• If your organisation uses Rive themes, check the Automated Game Plan playlists where the Ad Set is referenced.
Common Issues
• Changes are not appearing in a match: If you are on inbuilt themes, check that the Ad Set is still allocated to the relevant Competition, Team, or Club. If you are on Rive themes, check that the Ad Set is included in the correct Automated Game Plan playlist for the Competition overlay in use.
• Missing image sizes: An Ad Set requires all seven sizes to function properly. Upload any missing assets before using the Ad Set in a broadcast.
• Cannot edit an Ad Set: Confirm your user role has permission to manage Ads. Some roles, such as Gameday Operator or Live Scorer, may not have edit access.
