Uploading images for Ad Sets in LIGR Live lets you add sponsor and advertising visuals that can be displayed during matches through in-graphic ads, detached ads, or Sponsor Loops.
What Is an Ad Set?
An Ad Set is a collection of sponsor or advertising images that you can assign to a Competition, Club, or Team. Once uploaded and allocated, these images can be triggered during a match based on time or match events.
Use Ad Sets when you want to:
• Display sponsor logos between graphic events
• Run sponsor content tied to specific match moments
• Share sponsor inventory across multiple Competitions or Teams
• Delegate sponsor management to Clubs
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
• Admin or Owner permissions on your Organisation (or the correct Club Admin role if managing Club-level Ad Sets)
• Your sponsor images prepared in the correct dimensions and file format required by the Ad Set type
• Decided where the Ad Set will be allocated (Competition, Club, or Team)

How to Upload Images to an Ad Set
Step 1: Open the Ad Sets Section
1. Log in to LIGR Live.
2. Navigate to the Ads area from the main menu.
3. Select Ad Sets to view all existing Ad Sets in your Organisation.
Step 2: Create a New Ad Set or Open an Existing One
1. To create a new Ad Set, click Create Ad Set and give it a clear name (for example, "2025 Season Main Sponsors").
2. To add images to an existing Ad Set, click the Ad Set name from the list to open it.

Step 3: Upload Your Sponsor Images
1. Inside the Ad Set, locate the image upload area.
2. Click Upload or drag and drop your image files into the upload zone.
3. Wait for each image to finish processing before navigating away.
4. Confirm each image appears in the Ad Set's image list once uploaded.

Step 4: Order and Manage Your Images
• Reorder images by dragging them into the sequence you want them to appear.
• Remove an image by selecting it and choosing the delete option.
• Replace an image by deleting the old one and uploading a new file.
Step 5: Allocate the Ad Set
Once your images are uploaded, the Ad Set needs to be allocated before it will appear during a match.
1. Go to the Allocation area for the Ad Set.
2. Assign the Ad Set to a Competition, Club, or Team as needed.
3. Save your allocation.

Tips
• Use consistent image dimensions within a single Ad Set so sponsor content displays uniformly.
• Name your Ad Sets clearly by season, sponsor tier, or Competition to make them easy to find.
• If you manage multiple Clubs, consider delegating Ad Set management to Club Admins through the Club Portal.
• Keep a backup copy of your sponsor image files outside LIGR Live in case you need to re-upload or replace them.
Common Issues
• Image fails to upload: Check that your file format and dimensions match what the Ad Set expects. Very large files may also fail to process.
• Images not appearing during a match: Confirm the Ad Set has been allocated to the correct Competition, Club, or Team, and that the Game Plan or Sponsor Loop is configured to use it.
• Wrong image order on broadcast: Open the Ad Set and drag images into the correct sequence, then save.
• Club can't see the Ad Set: Ensure the Ad Set has been delegated to the Club and that the Club user has the correct Club Admin or Club Super Admin permissions.
