Editing a Team in LIGR Live lets you keep its name, logo, colours, and other details up to date so they appear correctly across matches, overlays, and graphics.
Before You Start
Before editing a Team, make sure:
• You have Admin, Owner, or User-level access to the Organisation
• The Team already exists under a Club in your Organisation
• You have any updated assets ready (such as a new logo or colour codes)
Where to Find Teams
Teams live under their parent Club in the Assets area of LIGR Live. You can edit a Team directly from the Club it belongs to.

Tips
• Keep Team short names concise so they display cleanly in Scorebugs.
• Use high-resolution, transparent PNG files for logos so they render well on all overlays.
• If multiple Teams in a Club share branding, double-check colours after editing to keep them consistent.
• Changes to Team details apply to future Matches. For Matches already in progress, refresh the Control Room to see updates.
Common Issues
• Changes not showing on overlays: Refresh the Control Room or reload the Production Link so the graphics pick up the updated Team details.
• Logo looks stretched or cropped: Re-upload the logo using a square, transparent PNG.
• Cannot edit a Team: Check your user role. Standard Users may have limited permissions, and Club-scoped users can only edit Teams within their own Club Portal.
• Team not appearing in a Match: Make sure the Team is assigned to the Competition the Match is created under.
