Ad Set Allocation lets you assign sponsor Ad Sets to a specific Competition so their advertising content appears during every match played within that Competition.
What Ad Set Allocation Does
Allocation is the process of linking Ad Sets to a Competition, Team, or Club. When you allocate Ad Sets at the Competition level, every match created under that Competition can automatically pull in those sponsors through the Automated Game Plan and Sponsor Loop.
This keeps sponsor management centralised — you set it up once per Competition, and every match inherits the allocation.
Prerequisites
Before you can allocate Ad Sets to a Competition, make sure you have:
• At least one Competition created in the Assets tab
• One or more Ad Sets fully uploaded in the Ads section (all seven image sizes completed)
• Admin or Owner permission, or a role with access to manage Competitions and Ads

Managing Existing Allocations
You can update Ad Set Allocation at any time.
Adding More Ad Sets
Return to the Competition's Ad Set Allocation area and select additional Ad Sets. New allocations apply to upcoming matches.
Removing an Ad Set
Deselect the Ad Set from the allocation list and save. The Ad Set will no longer play during matches in this Competition, but it remains available in the Ads section for use elsewhere.
Delegating Ad Sets to Clubs
If you want individual Clubs within a Competition to manage their own sponsors, you can delegate Ad Set management to them rather than allocating at the Competition level. This is handled through the Ads section.
Tips
• Allocate Ad Sets to a Competition before creating matches so every new match inherits the sponsor lineup automatically.
• Make sure each Ad Set has all seven required image sizes uploaded before allocation, otherwise sponsors may not display correctly across all Graphics.
• Use Competition-level allocation for league-wide sponsors and Club or Team-level allocation for Club-specific sponsors.
• Review your allocations at the start of each season to remove expired sponsorships.
Common Issues
Allocated Ad Sets aren't appearing during the match Check that the Automated Game Plan for the match includes a Playlist or Sponsor Loop that triggers Ad Sets. Allocation makes Ad Sets available, but the Game Plan controls when they play.
An Ad Set isn't showing in the allocation list The Ad Set likely has incomplete image uploads. Return to the Ads section and confirm all seven image sizes are uploaded.
Changes to allocation aren't reflected in an existing match Matches created before an allocation change may need to be refreshed or have their Game Plan reviewed. New matches will pick up the updated allocation automatically.
Wrong sponsors are showing for a specific Team Competition-level allocations apply to all matches in that Competition. If you need different sponsors for a specific Team, use Team-level allocation instead.
