Assigning Teams to a Competition in LIGR Live links your Teams to the league or tournament they play in, so they become available when creating Matches and appear correctly in your broadcast graphics.
Before You Start
Before you can assign Teams to a Competition, make sure you have the following set up in the Assets tab:
• At least one Competition created
• At least two Teams created (each Team belongs to a Club)
• The Clubs and Teams have their logos, colours, and other branding details filled in
If any of these are missing, create them in the Assets tab first.

Tips
• Create all your Teams and Clubs first, then assign them in bulk to save time.
• Double-check each Team's logo and colours before assigning, since these feed directly into your broadcast graphics.
• If a Competition covers multiple seasons, you can update the Teams assigned to it as rosters change.
Common Issues
A Team isn't showing in the Match creation dropdown The Team likely hasn't been assigned to the Competition yet. Go back to the Competition in the Assets tab and add the Team.
Team branding looks wrong in graphics Check the Team's Club for correct logos and colours, and confirm the Competition's Theme Instance is configured properly.
