Introducing Multiple Streams and Overlays for a Single Match: This powerful feature allows users to create and manage multiple streams and overlays within a single match. Previously, users were restricted to a single stream and graphic overlay per match. Now, with this new capability, each match can have multiple streams, each with its own unique overlay, enhancing the overall viewer experience.

Streams and Graphic Overlays can now be set up as pre-configured templates from the competition level. Once a match is created, they are automatically assigned to the match. To access your pre-configured templates, follow the steps outlined below:

  • Click on Assets on the left hand side dashboard.

  • Select your Competition.

  • Click on Settings.

  • Click on Streams & Overlays.

Creating Templates

From Streams & Overlays, you can create both a stream template and an overlay template. To create a stream template, simply click on ‘Add New Stream’.

You can then add the following:

  • Stream Name

  • Link Existing Overlay Template

  • Idle Image

  • Resolution

  • Frames Per Second

  • Region

You can also enable the following:

  • Auto Stream

  • Generate Highlights

  • Auto Publish Highlights

  • Archive Match Recording

  • Start Overlay Hidden

Once complete, click on Create.

To create an overlay template, click on ‘Add New Overlay’.

You can then add the following:

  • Overlay Name

  • Link Existing Stream Template

  • Ad Type

  • Encoding Delay

You can also enable the following:

  • Enable Ads

  • Auto Background

  • Auto Mode

  • Show Primary Watermark

  • Show Secondary Watermark

Once complete, click on Create.

To generate additional stream and overlay templates, click the corresponding “Add New” button for each template.

Remember that it’s not obligatory to create multiple templates; you can opt for a single template for streaming and another for overlays. Alternatively, if streaming isn’t part of your plan, a single overlay template will suffice.
