Once your theme looks the way you want, you need to save it as a theme profile. Saving gives your look a name and links it to a competition, so the matches in that competition use your graphics. This article walks you through the DETAILS & SETTINGS tab and what happens after you save.

Before you start
Your organisation needs the Broadcast Graphics module to create and use theme profiles.
Finish styling your theme on the GRAPHICS & STYLES tab first. This includes the Theme, Colour, Texture, Font, Animations and Edges settings, plus any per-graphic overrides such as Scale, Position or Theme Variables.
The competition you want to use must already exist. If it doesn't, create it before you save, for example LIGR Demo League.
Open the Details & Settings tab
Stay in the Theme Profile editor where you styled your graphics.
At the top of the page, click the DETAILS & SETTINGS tab.
This tab holds the information that turns your styling into a saved profile. The choices you made on GRAPHICS & STYLES are saved together with the details you enter here, so you don't need to set them up again.
Name your theme profile
Click into the Profile Name field.
Type a name you'll recognise later.
A good name tells you straight away which competition and season the profile is for. For example, LIGR Demo League 2025 or LIGR Demo League Finals. This is especially helpful if your organisation runs several competitions or keeps different looks for different stages of the season. Your Theme Profiles list can grow quickly, and clear names make it easy to find the right one.
Choose the competition
Open the Competition dropdown.
Select the competition these graphics are for.
The competition you choose decides where your graphics appear. Matches in that competition, such as Harbour City (HCF) v Ridgeview (RVR) at LIGR Demo Stadium, will use this profile's look. Double check you've picked the right one before saving, especially if several competitions have similar names.
Create the theme profile
Check the Profile Name and Competition are correct.
Click CREATE THEME PROFILE.
Your styling, name and competition are saved together. The profile now appears on Themes > Theme Profiles under that competition, and every match in the competition uses it.
After you save: game plan and control room
On the same DETAILS & SETTINGS tab, the Automation & Control Room section shows whether the profile has a game plan and a control room attached. Both start as Unassigned.
Game Plan: lets graphics run automatically during a match. You can assign an existing game plan or generate one from your theme. See Generating a game plan from your theme.
Control Room: where an operator brings graphics on and off air manually. See Setting up a control room for your theme.
You don't have to set these up straight away, but you'll need at least one of them to put your graphics on air.
Tips and common mistakes
Save before you leave the page. If you navigate away before clicking CREATE THEME PROFILE, your styling may not be kept.
Wrong competition selected. If your graphics don't appear on a match, check the profile is linked to the competition that match belongs to.
Competition missing from the dropdown. Create the competition first, then return to the Theme Profile editor.
Vague names. Avoid names like "Test" or "New theme". A name with the competition and season saves time later.
Preview before saving. Use REPLAY ANIMATION on the GRAPHICS & STYLES tab to check each graphic one last time before you create the profile.
