Start here if something in the Control Room isn't behaving as you expect.
A graphic shows empty or placeholder text
Check the match details and both team sheets are complete. Graphics read from this data.
For goal, card and sub graphics, make sure an event is picked in the graphic's Event control.
Always click PREVIEW before GFX IN, so an empty graphic never reaches air.
Events aren't showing on the Events tab
Events come from the LiveScore app. Check the event was saved there.
Check the match has been started in the LiveScore app.
Clicking an event doesn't bring up its graphic
The graphic needs context. See Adding context for goals, cards and subs.
Clicking a player or team does nothing
Name supers need Player context, and team lineups need Team context. See Adding context for players and teams.
A graphic isn't in the Add Graphic list
It hasn't been published into the control room's theme yet. See Publishing Graphics and Using the Control Room.
Graphics aren't reaching the output
Check the match's overlay is using this control room. See Connecting your control room to a match.
Open the Monitoring link to check what the overlay is showing.
Images don't appear
Graphics fire on their own, or nothing fires in Auto
Check the MANUAL / AUTO switch. In Auto, the game plan runs the graphics. If nothing fires, see Troubleshooting: graphics not showing in Auto mode.
