Why Images Don't Appear in the Graphic Control Room

Images must be assigned to the same competition as a match to appear in the Graphic Control Room; here's how to check and fix this.

Overview

Images uploaded to the Multimedia section must be assigned to the correct competition before they will appear in the Graphic Control Room. If an image isn't assigned to the same competition as your match, it won't be available when you try to use it during a broadcast.

Why This Happens

When you create a match under a specific competition and assign a graphic overlay to that match, only images assigned to that competition will appear in the Graphic Control Room. Images with no competition assignment or images assigned to different competitions remain hidden.

How to Fix It

To resolve this, start by navigating to Multimedia > Images and clicking on the image that isn't appearing. Once the image is open, check the Competition field to see whether it is blank or shows the wrong competition.

If the Competition field is blank or incorrect, click into it and select the correct competition from the dropdown, then click Save at the bottom of the screen. After saving, go back to the Graphic Control Room and refresh the page - the image will now appear for matches created under that competition.

Prevention

Assign images to competitions immediately after uploading them. This ensures they're available when you need them during broadcasts and eliminates the need to troubleshoot missing images during live matches.
