Overview
Images uploaded to the Multimedia section must be assigned to a competition before they will appear in the Graphic Control Room during live streams. This assignment step is critical - without it, your images won't be available when you need them during broadcasts.
If a match is created under a specific competition and you assign a graphic overlay to that match, only images assigned to that competition will appear in the Graphic Control Room.
How to Assign an Image to a Competition
1. Navigate to Multimedia > Images
2. Click on an image to open full-screen view
3. Click in the Competition field
4. Select the competition this image belongs to
5. Click Save at the bottom of the screen
The image is now assigned and will appear in the Graphic Control Room for matches created under that competition.
Why This Matters
Images that aren't assigned to a competition won't appear in the Graphic Control Room, even if they've been uploaded to your Multimedia library. The assignment creates the link between your uploaded images and the matches you're broadcasting.
If an image isn't assigned to the correct competition, it won't be available during your stream. You must assign images to the same competition as your match for them to be accessible.
Common Issue
If images don't appear in the Graphic Control Room, the image must be assigned to the same competition as the match.
1. Open the image in Multimedia > Images
2. Check the Competition field
3. If it's blank or wrong, select the correct competition
4. Click Save
5. Refresh the Graphic Control Room
