What the Streaming Section Does
The Streaming section is where you manage and monitor your live streaming infrastructure across productions.
From here, you can monitor active broadcasts through Multiview and manage the Inputs and Destinations used throughout your streaming workflows.
Streaming is responsible for connecting your incoming video feeds to external broadcast platforms and destinations used during live productions.
How the Streaming Section Is Organised
Multiview
Multiview allows you to monitor multiple live streams simultaneously from a single interface during productions. You can view stream status, monitor active broadcasts, and filter streams by sport, competition, club, team, or match to quickly locate productions across your organisation.
Multiview is primarily designed for operational monitoring during live events and large-scale production workflows.
Inputs & Destinations
Inputs are the incoming video feeds used throughout your productions including encoders, production software, and external video sources.
Destinations are the external platforms or RTMP endpoints your broadcasts are delivered to including streaming platforms, social media platforms, and other broadcast outputs.
Inputs and Destinations are managed centrally so they can be reused across multiple productions and streaming workflows.
How Streaming Connects Together
The Streaming workflow inside LIGR Live generally follows this structure:
Input β Stream β Destination
Inputs provide the incoming video feed, streams manage the live broadcast workflow, and destinations deliver the final broadcast externally.
