Why player names don't appear

Player data must be configured in the Assets section before the match. If players aren't added to team rosters in Assets, their names won't appear in the LiveScore App when you try to capture match facts.


How to add player data

1. Navigate to Assets in the LIGR.Live dashboard


2. Find the teams playing in your match


3. Add players to their rosters


4. When importing players, use the Import Data Screen to assign the imported players to a team before confirming the import using the available dropdown menu


5. Ensure that the players toggle in match settings is toggled on for the match you wish your players to appear in


If the match has already started

If you've added players to the roster after the match started, you need to refresh the LiveScore App to pull in the updated player data.


Refresh the LiveScore App or restart it to load the new player information.
