If the match you want to score doesn't appear in the LiveScore App, the match must be created in the Matches section of LIGR.Live first. Check that the match exists, is scheduled for today or is currently live, and that you have permission to access the organisation that match belongs to.

To verify that the match exists, start by logging in to the LIGR.Live dashboard, then click Matches in the left sidebar. From there, check the Live and Upcoming tab for your match. If the match doesn't exist, it must be created before it will appear in the LiveScore App.

If the match exists but you still can't see it in the LiveScore App, verify that you have permission to access the organisation the match belongs to. Users can only see matches from organisations they have access to.

Contact your organisation owner or administrator to verify your account has the correct permissions assigned.

Match Facts Not Appearing on Stream Overlays

If you're capturing match facts in the LiveScore App but they aren't appearing on your stream, this is likely a configuration issue with your overlay or stream, not the LiveScore App itself. The LiveScore App is correctly capturing the data, but the graphics may not be connected to the stream.

The match has an overlay. On the Matches table, open the match's menu and click Add overlay, or go to the match Settings &gt; Streams and Overlays &gt; Add New Overlay.

The overlay uses the right theme. Open the overlay row's menu and click Configure to open the UPDATE OVERLAY window. In the Graphics section, check the Theme Profile is the one you expect. In the Overlay section, check For Stream is set to your stream. Click Update to save any changes.

The stream is using the overlay. In the UPDATE STREAM SETTINGS window, go to the Overlay section and make sure your overlay (for example Main Feed) is selected. If Start Overlay Hidden is on, the graphics start off screen.

Graphics aren't hidden in the Stream Monitor. Under stream control, check an overlay is picked and Hide graphics is switched off.

If the match has been created but still doesn't appear in your LiveScore App, or if player data was added after the match started, you may need to refresh the LiveScore App to pull in updated data.

Refresh your browser or close and reopen the LiveScore App to load the latest match and player information.
