Match Not Appearing in the LiveScore App
If the match you want to score doesn't appear in the LiveScore App, the match must be created in the Matches section of LIGR.Live first. Check that the match exists, is scheduled for today or is currently live, and that you have permission to access the organization that match belongs to.
Verifying Match Exists
1. Log in to the LIGR.Live dashboard
2. Click Matches in the left sidebar
3. Check the Live and Upcoming tab for your match
4. If the match doesn't exist, it must be created before it will appear in the LiveScore App
Checking Organization Permissions
If the match exists but you still can't see it in the LiveScore App, verify that you have permission to access the organization the match belongs to. Users can only see matches from organizations they have access to.
Contact your organization owner or administrator to verify your account has the correct permissions assigned.
Match Facts Not Appearing on Stream Overlays
If you're capturing match facts in the LiveScore App but they aren't appearing on your stream overlay, this is likely a configuration issue with your overlays or streaming setup, not the LiveScore App itself. The LiveScore App is correctly capturing the data, but the connection between the app and your overlays may not be configured.
Check your Streaming section settings and ensure your overlays are set up to display match facts. The overlay configuration must be completed in the Streaming section before match facts will appear on your broadcast.
Refreshing the LiveScore App
If the match has been created but still doesn't appear in your LiveScore App, or if player data was added after the match started, you may need to refresh the LiveScore App to pull in updated data.
Refresh your browser or close and reopen the LiveScore App to load the latest match and player information.
