Refreshing an overlay regenerates the production URL and reloads the graphic configuration. You'll use this when an overlay stops responding or when you need to apply updated graphic settings to a live stream.

The refresh function is located on the Stream Monitoring page, not in Match Center.

1. Navigate to the Matches tab and locate your match

2. Click the drop-down arrow to expand the match view

​

3. Access the Stream Monitoring page by clicking "View" from the stream's Action Menu

​

4. Locate the overlay controls directly below the video player

​

5. Find the refresh icon immediately to the right of the overlay dropdown

​

6. Click the refresh icon

​

The overlay production URL is now refreshed.

​

If you're using the overlay production URL in external software like vMix or OBS, you may need to re-copy the updated production URL after refreshing the overlay.

The refreshed URL can be copied from Overlay Settings (accessed via the overlay Actions menu > Settings > Copy Production Link).
