Production URL and Monitoring URL

The production URL is the link you paste into streaming software like vMix, OBS, or LiveView to display the overlay on your stream. The monitoring URL is used for testing.

To refresh the production URL:

1. Click Refresh in the Production URL section

2. A new production URL is generated

Note: If using external software like vMix or OBS, you may need to re-copy the updated production URL after refreshing the overlay.

To copy the production URL:

1. Click Copy Production Link

2. Paste the URL into your streaming software

To copy the monitoring URL:

1. Click Copy Monitoring Link

2. Use this URL for testing without affecting the live production URL

Control Mode

Control mode determines whether graphics appear automatically or require manual control.

Manual Mode: You control when graphics appear from the Control Room. Graphics will not appear automatically when match events are logged.

Auto Mode: Graphics automatically appear when match events are logged in the LiveScore app or by an external data provider.

To change control mode:

1. Locate the Control Mode section in Overlay Settings

2. Toggle between Manual Mode and Auto Mode

3. Changes save automatically

Watermarks

Watermarks are logos that display on your overlay. You can toggle the primary watermark and secondary watermark on or off independently.

To toggle watermarks:

1. Locate the watermark toggles in Overlay Settings

2. Toggle Primary Watermark on or off

3. Toggle Secondary Watermark on or off

4. Changes save automatically

Auto Background

Auto background controls whether automatic background graphics display during the broadcast.

1. Locate the Auto Background toggle in Overlay Settings

2. Toggle on to enable automatic background graphics

3. Toggle off to disable automatic background graphics

4. Changes save automatically

Enable Ads

The Enable Ads toggle controls whether your sponsor ads actually appear on the overlay. This toggle must be enabled in addition to selecting the Brands ad type for ads to display.

Critical: If you selected "Brands" as the ad type when creating the overlay, you must also toggle on "Enable Ads" in Overlay Settings for ads to appear on the overlay.

To enable ads:

1. Locate the Enable Ads toggle in Overlay Settings

2. Toggle on to enable ads

3. Toggle off to disable ads

4. Changes save automatically

Note: You must have sufficient Graphics and Brands hours in your balance for ads to appear on the broadcast. If your balance is low or at zero, ads will not display.
