Overview
Overlay bulk actions allow you to perform operations on multiple overlays at once from the expanded match view. Instead of modifying each overlay individually, you can select multiple overlays using checkboxes and apply changes to all of them simultaneously.
You'll use overlay bulk actions when:
• You need to refresh multiple overlay production URLs at the same time
• You want to enable or disable auto graphics for several overlays quickly
• You need to toggle ads on or off for multiple overlays in one action
How to Access Overlay Bulk Actions
To get started, navigate to the Matches tab and find the match containing the overlays you want to modify. Click the drop-down arrow next to the match to expand the match view, then locate the overlays section within it. From there, select the checkbox next to each overlay you want to modify. Once you've selected at least one overlay, the bulk actions menu appears at the top of the screen, giving you access to the available actions.

Available Overlay Bulk Actions
Refresh Overlays
This action regenerates the production URLs for all selected overlays. Use it when overlays stop responding or when you need to reset the connection between LIGR and your streaming software. To refresh multiple overlays, select the checkboxes for the overlays you want to refresh, then click Refresh Overlays in the bulk actions menu. The production URLs are regenerated for all selected overlays. If you're using external software like vMix or OBS, you may need to re-copy the updated production URLs after refreshing.
Toggle Auto Graphics
This action enables or disables auto graphics mode for all selected overlays. When auto graphics is enabled, graphics automatically appear when match events are logged; when disabled, you must manually control graphics from the Control Room. To toggle auto graphics for multiple overlays, select the checkboxes for the overlays you want to modify and click Toggle Auto Graphics in the bulk actions menu. Auto graphics mode then switches on or off for all selected overlays.
Toggle Ads
This action enables or disables ads for all selected overlays, controlling whether ads actually appear on overlays that have their ad type set to Brands. To toggle ads for multiple overlays, select the checkboxes for the overlays you want to modify and click Toggle Ads in the bulk actions menu. The Enable Ads setting then switches on or off for all selected overlays. Important: if an overlay's ad type is set to Brands, you must have Enable Ads toggled on for ads to appear. Toggling ads off will hide sponsor ads even if the ad type is Brands.

Tips
Refresh Multiple Overlays When Graphics Stop Responding
If multiple overlays stop responding during a broadcast, use the Refresh Overlays bulk action instead of refreshing each overlay individually. This saves time and gets all overlays back online faster.
Toggle Auto Graphics Before Match Day
Use the Toggle Auto Graphics bulk action to quickly switch all overlays to manual mode before a match if you need precise control over graphic timing. After the match, toggle them back to auto mode for future events.
Enable or Disable Ads Across Multiple Matches
If you're managing multiple matches simultaneously and need to quickly enable or disable ads across all of them, use the Toggle Ads bulk action. This is faster than accessing individual overlay settings pages.
